A man entered a diner and ordered a piece of pie.
The waitress then asked the man why he was not eating the pie?
Each time she asked him, he would reply that he couldn't eat the pie.

The waitress then gives up and gets the cook.
He then asked him several times why he was not eating the pie and each time the customer replied that he just couldn't eat the pie.

The cook then gives up and gets the owner.
After several times of getting the same answer,

The customer replied that he didn't have a fork.
