Where to buy needles online?

Do any of you guys buy syringes online? Where can I get them? I have to inject every week so I have to get 4 needles every month. But it's tiring having to go to wal-mart all the time to get them and they don't have the kind of needles I need. So I have to get a different sized one. One time I asked for 12 syringes and the lady had to type in the item one by one and I know how frustrating that might be so I just started asking for 4. I just want to have a whole bunch of syringes so that I am prepared and don't have to go to wal-mart every 4 weeks to get them. Any site that has 26 g 1/2 inch or 5/8 size needles. I've heard of stroheckers but I don't want to get my testosterone from there just to get the needles. I'm fine with where I get my testosterone for now.

Couldn't you just go straight to the BD site? That's the brand I've always gotten from pharmacies.

In person, any major chain pharmacy in the u.s. should be able to sell you needles. There are a lot of addicts around the pharmacy I use, so I do have to explain to them that I am trans or they refuse to sell me anything other than prepackaged diabetic kits. I've gotten them at a Fred Meyer further from the city center, and they didn't ask any questions but they had difficulty figuring out how to ring them up and charge for them.

That said, I get mine from Stroheckers. I only go to other places if they give me the wrong amount or if I want to change sizes or something. On my most recent visit they gave me some needles that slip on instead of screwing on, and I'm disliking that enough that I plan to use up the leftover screwy ones and then buy more somewhere else. I'll try to remember to check in if I do it online.

I checked the BD site http://www.bd.com and they don't have any where to purchase needles online. Now the wal-mart I go to is saying that I need a prescription for the needles and I do have one. I have to try tomorrow because I didn't have time to get them today because I had to do something. They try to sell me those diabetic needles but I don't need them. I don't think those needles are good for testosterone administration.

This is where I bought mine. I bought a big 100 count box for 25s and 22s

The 26's are quite expensive since they come in a 3 count, but 25's might be just as good. I got the needle only parts for my injecting and a syringe for the draw. came out to about $30 but I won't be spending another dollar on needles for like 2 years or so.  Fast shipping, and zero problems.

Thank you campenella! I live in FL so it says that I need to provide a prescription. How would I go about doing that? And if I order them how will they know it's my order? My family is helping me with my transition so they pay for things with their card. So the prescription will say one name and the shipping/billing info will be different. I don't know I'm not sure how to do this haha.

Just call your doc and ask to have your needles prescription faxed to them. It also says you can mail it to them.

I'm not sure why they don't do that. But it does sound easier than what I do. I'm going to try out that website and ask my doctor.

I know this was directed at andrews49 but I go thru the same stuff with Kroger. Last time I picked up my T, I asked if they had the RX for the 20 needles and they didn't. So I asked if I could go ahead and buy 10 and she actually asked what I needed them for. I had to sign a piece of paper and everything. I'd think it's common sense but I guess not. I'll probably be ordering off this site from now on.

For me they didn't have the right sort of needles and they were more expensive to buy than bulk buying them online unfortunately. They were giving me insulin needles, and my doctor had to supply me with my injection needles for a little while. No one I go to natively has the needles and even when I backordered they were slow about it. They were charging me $10 for 4 or 5 needles when I was doing a shot biweekly. That's a lot of money for me to spend for just the draw syringes. The needles were not covered and neither is my T. When my insurance gets changed over to reflect that I'm male they still do not cover needles. My needles are still on my prescription in case I go somewhere that has them, but I don't need them for now.

I love how this site says that NY requires a script.  I live in NY and have NEVER had a script for my needles, LOL.  Although NYS only allows you to buy 10 at a time which is pain in the butt because then I have to go back once a month to get 10 (I get 5 21G for drawing and 5 25G for injecting), but the people at my CVS are SUPER cool and by now they know me and are VERY respectful.  Also if they don't have the total number I need the order them right then and there and they come in the very next day.

Apparently it cost the same whether I get 5 or 30 needles/syringes at the same time, so I just get the 30. No script needed, just had to show the need and the script for T was enough. I get mine from walgreens.

I want to echo everyone else in agreeing that that would be the ideal situation, but trans healthcare isn't well standardized. I've at times been given too many needles and other times too few, and sometimes they don't have the sizes I like in stock. Early in transition, I would chicken out sometimes and I certainly wasn't going to save the opened needle for trying again later. There's no reason for injection equipment to be difficult to acquire.

I just tried to check out that site but I'm on a computer that can't load pages with a lot of pictures, so I'll look at it later when I get my good machine fixed. Thanks for the link, campanella.
