Definitely think your hairstyle now suits you much better and to my eyes you pass well. Considering how some guys look even in uni I would say that you could look in the 19-21 age bracket when a lot of guys still might not have a lot of facial hair and such.

Well I figured out how to do profile pic.. Can you guys see it enough to tell? I apologize for the lack of happiness  but I find the pictures I try to smile in just end up looking strange ha

Welcome to Susan's. I would recommend getting a haircut at a barber shop, you'd be surprised how much of a difference it can make.

Epicene. Ignoring the haircut and clothes, I'd actually say you pass very well. Different cut and men's clothes would probably do a lot for you.

(When I was scrolling down on my phone I was like "what the heck is he talking about?" Then I saw the clothes and really noticed the haircut. I think you could pass really well bro!)

I would say pass dude! I don't think you actually need to worry about your hair at all. You actually remind me of a guy I used to go to school with when I was living in California.

Might as well try this one. I don't seem to pass often, unfortunately, but I just gave myself a new haircut and a style I don't usually have. Hair is typically a good bit longer. I personally think the messy haircut actually helps you pass. You have a nice square jawline that also helps well. I am not really sure what else to say, but on that picture I would personally never say anything other then male.
Even for the low quality, that picture is actually pretty good
