You mean like a disconnected undercut. That could work but I'd say grow out the top a bit more since you'll need extra space to cut in between. You might want to fade the sides a bit too. Don't sweat it just experiment around. Before I found my current haircut I had this terrible Justin Bieber cut that just didn't work for me. Don't be afraid to talk to your barber or stylist. Bring a picture too of what you might want trust me a visual helps a lot.

Yes disconnected undercut !
Ok I will ask next time a little bit longer on the top.
Thanks

Hey Ka, yeah, I was also going to suggest to try and go a bit longer on top and possibly on the sides as well. I'm sure you'll find a good style :)

Hey, since I last put a pic up on here, I made a bit of changes! (so far this thread has really helped improve my look thanks!!! )
ive recently started T so not much changes left, however My voice instantly began deepening straight away (I noticed that when trying to sing one of my favorite songs and couldn't hit the high notes no more but able to hit the low notes now)
Anyway, How am I looking so far? (still bad at taking selfies)

Thanks.  :D Yeah, I've restarted T since the 19th of November. The septum piercing hurt the most!

Thanks brett! I hate the way my shirt pulls at the bottom but unbuttoning it makes it more noticeable, hopefully T will help with that

why don't you try going up a size? nearly 3 months on t  and i had to go from a medium to a large shirt. from my shoulders broadening so much (they were already broad to begin with, though) and i think i grew a little more, my shirts were too short/tight.

Looking good, guys! Fox, you're lucky for experiencing a deep voice so quickly; I thought mine was changing a few days after my shot but it turned into a cold -- just my luck!

Anyhow, here's some headshots from the bus stop, as my face is kind of my big concern; I'm a stocky guy, so I can play a binding bulge off as a barrelled chest like my dad's.

How am I doing? Would you look twice at me if you didn't know?

You look good, dude. I'd have no second thoughts if I were to see you. Your eyebrows and haircut definitely read off as male to me, if that isn't weird to say. Congrats on starting T by the way, and considering how well you pass for someone so early on hormones, it'll be interesting to see what hormones do for you in a few months.

Thanks, man! I gave myself that haircut a while back, since the one I had before it was just long enough to be read as andro or questionably female. Now the only thing that needs work is my voice, I guess, and it's getting there. Too bad you can't see my large quantities of face fluff in photos yet.  ;)

I should try that, I am already a medium in shirts myself, but they fit my shoulders perfectly (but my shoulders are also pretty broad to begin with too) hopefully bigger shirts dont hang over my hips too much, im a pretty short guy

Im actually getting over a cold myself, particularly laryngitis, so that could also be a factor. though my doctor noticed a change so its most definitely deepening then (slowly haha)

Also you look very very similar to a cis male friend of mine, I say you're passing pretty well!

Bought a hair product to keep my hair up like this.

DragonBeer, you pass to me. I used to have my hair like that, and I've found that it's great for passing.

It's been a while, and I dyed my hair a couple months ago. I pass way less now. Sigh.. but at least I've made some muscle gains which make me feel happy. Also, please don't quote the picture as I want to take it down later. Thanks guys. If you have any advice what to do about my hair that is also welcome.

DragonBeer, dude especially with the product your new cut looks great!!!

Maleth, I dig the blonde. And I think you pass for a young guy. Like 15 or so. Your face has great angles, so time will definitely get you there. Are you on T?

Hello everyone! I am currently a little over 4 months on T and I've had more and more problems passing. I feel like my face is pretty masculine but I've asked my friends if they can see anything. I don't know if they're trying to save my feelings or not (I told them be harsh) but they keep saying that my build is so masculine that they really have no idea how anyone sees girl and they all thought I was cis until I told them. So I figured you guys would be able to be harsher on me than them. These are the two things I'm usually wearing.

I would say the biggest reason that would get you gendered as female would be your hair. I really advise not dying it at all until your face masculinizes more and even then, I wouldn't dye it that color because dying your hair in artificial colors is generally regarded as a female thing. Also, keep your bangs from falling on your face (blow dry your hair up a bit and use some pomade to keep it up).

I'm at art school now and there are equal numbers of male and female people with dyed hair. Also the dye won't come out now. Like I can't get it to wash out even if I wanted, red is hard to get rid of.
Also, my hairline isn't masculine enough to put my bangs up. That's why they're down :/ It's changing but it's still not masculine enough at all.
