If I may say, I see a nice looking young man :)

Hi :)

I believe a brow powder would give it more realistic appearance if you plan to make your brows more fuller.
I think you are a good looking gentleman regardless xo

Hmm. I know the glasses rule.  I actually thought about getting new glasses (I've had the same for quite a while) but both times I went the optometrist (two different ones) talked me out of it because of "how well the glasses suited my face".  I usually get misgendered before I speak, so I'm not sure it's the way I speak.  I never do anything with my eyebrows...this is about as thick and bushy as they get. How would you suggest making them appear fuller without it looking like I'm wearing makeup (which won't help)?

Well, the glasses actually DO look great on you.  The problem is that the optometrist knows you are male, so that is not something they would question (or consider as an issue), while they are helping you pick out glasses.  They know you are male, so they assume everyone sees you that way.

You are not looking for glasses that just look good on you, but also ones that help you pass.  I am assuming you have not offered that up to them that you would like glasses that assist with this.

Assuming you haven't done this, maybe next time you say to the optometrist that you are looking for glasses that highlight your masculine features.  Tell them you heard that glasses that are more square will do this.  Throwing the masculine features this into the mix may impact the glasses they suggest.

Just a thought.

Not knowing your body shape, if it is more female, that will of course impact someone "passing", too.

Is there a way for you to do makeup (aka, darken your eyebrows a little) without it looking like it? I'm not sure how good you are at it, so that would of course depend on what skill level you had with it.

Applying a small amount of mascara, using a qtip, lightly brushing it on. Mascara tends to last longer than a powder, and as long as you're not caking it on, it won't run. Seriously, very lightly brush it on with one end of a qtip and use the clean end to blend it in

DisturbedRaccoon - Again, I kind of have to think about the fact that you're trans to see the more "feminine" features. Maybe I'm too hung up on eyebrows - they look pretty averagely full - maybe it's just the angle, but they seem a bit arched? Like the hair, by the way.

Thanks. They grow like that and I had make-up on them to make them look fuller. Mission failed I guess lol. I'll try the qtip mascara trick next time I go out.

Now for my pictures - I can't tell whether or not I pass, as no one has been gendering me at all recently.
You look like a younger boy/androgynous to me.

disturbedraccoon - I wouldn't say mission failed, you definitely look like a guy to me, I had to look for things to be "critical" of, and i think you'd definitely pass in average situations as long as your body is a pass.

And thanks, I think I'm okay looking like a younger boy for now as long as I get a pass. I'm afraid that cutting my hair too short will actually make me look more feminine, so I'm keeping it kinda "shaggy" right now. That, and I like a little bit of length to it.

I'm glad to see you found it, but your picture isn't coming through. Just to let you know the cross posting isn't supposed to be done. I removed the original thread since you were trying for this one all along. Thanks

I've been on T now for the last 10/11 months and I don't seem to notice any changes and I know people generally go through the process differently but at 10 odd months I would have thought I would notice something different? Even a little bit of facial hair, but none.

I know I also look youngish but I am actually 22! Do I pass as male / any suggestions? (Side note - I know I'm covering part of my face with my hand but it's how I normally take a photo as I don't like my mouth!)

still not on T as always just wanna make sure if i still pass or not and thank you.

Sometimes, it's hard to find words to tell you how much you mean to me. A lot of times, I don't say anything at all. But I hope someday, you'll understand, having you is what I live for...(I Love you my Queen )

If you quiff it up I think you'll look better. Wearing it flat kinda accentuates the roundness of your face. But you do look quite masculine already.

i got the sides shorter. http://i.imgur.com/wTc8G5z.jpg better?

the shaved sides do wonders for you, man. i'd recommend keeping them shorter because it helps your face shape. pre-t i looked similar, but not exact and now my face is shaping up. if i lose weight i'm sure that it'll look better....
