I started herbal stuff a couple months ago and experienced frequent nipple hardness. Just started HRT and my nipples are rock hard 24/7. I had been worried about hiding breast development but now I'm worried about my nipples poking through 2 shirts. Yes, I know I can use some tape for that but has anybody else experienced this???

I've only experienced that when it's been cold. If your worried about it wear something looser over a tighter undershirt.

Yes, I did very early in the growth cycle. You can actually buy little "modesty covers" for this purpose in stores; cis women have the problem, too. I think they're called "nipple petals" sometimes.

I've been on HRT for a month and a half and have been noticing the exact same thing.. Matter of fact just touching my nipples causes a really big sting! It means things are starting to happen, at last :)
