T-Blockers such as spironolactone, in the absence of exogenous estrogens, are said to result in a reduction of metabolism rate, and are well known to result in loss of comparative strength. When estrogens are added to the mix, does the metabolism kick back up a notch, or is it further reduced? In other words, with which regimen is it easier to control weight: only T-Blockers, or T-Blockers with E?
Does anyone have personal experience with this that they can relate? Thanks!
