Hello all, a forewarning: I will be very graphic for the purposes of providing as much information about my problem as possible so that I may get as much help as possible. It may be very funny for some who do not have the sensitivity and compassion to understand but this is the risk I am willing to take. I am not here to entertain but to ask for help
So I've been on HRT for roughly 4 months now. I'm only taking estradiol and spiro (I know this is little compared to others but I chose this dosage level and I'm pretty happy with where I'm at). Just recently I'm feeling this "discomfort" on my right testicle, which I have NEVER felt before. It's not a sharp pain but I can definitely feel it when I apply light pressure to it. The discomfort is similar to getting your balls kicked square and hard, but less intense. I can do other normal things just fine and it doesn't really affect my activities. It's only when I apply light pressure to it. The right testicle is also slightly larger than my left, but I'm NOT feeling any lumps or hardness. It is actually sort of a cross between jelly-like and hard and I know it has shrunk quite a bit as well.
I decided to give my male plumbing a little exercise by jacking off. When I ejaculated, the semen has this yellowish color and has this sort of weird watery-mucus texture to it. I know how a normal semen looks like and this one isn't anything like the ones I've had before. The second time I masturbated and ejaculated, it didn't have the yellowish-tint. It has what I would say creamy color. Not white, not yellow, but creamy. The texture of the semen is similar to a normal one but a little more watery.
So, the discomfort in my right testicle is still there but it has, I would say, gone down a bit.... I'm not sure whether the ejaculation did the job or not. I'll give it a couple of runs in the next coming weeks. Also, the right testicle has gone down in size considerably after the ejaculation, like it was glad that it has gotten rid of the semen.
Have any of you good people experienced something similar? Although I will be checking up with my doctor in about 2 months, how concerned should I be? Should I be doing anything drastic?
Mod edit: no dosages please.
