testicle hurting... very concerned

Hello all, a forewarning: I will be very graphic for the purposes of providing as much information about my problem as possible so that I may get as much help as possible. It may be very funny for some who do not have the sensitivity and compassion to understand but this is the risk I am willing to take. I am not here to entertain but to ask for help

So I've been on HRT for roughly 4 months now. I'm only taking estradiol and spiro (I know this is little compared to others but I chose this dosage level and I'm pretty happy with where I'm at). Just recently I'm feeling this "discomfort" on my right testicle, which I have NEVER felt before. It's not a sharp pain but I can definitely feel it when I apply light pressure to it. The discomfort is similar to getting your balls kicked square and hard, but less intense. I can do other normal things just fine and it doesn't really affect my activities. It's only when I apply light pressure to it. The right testicle is also slightly larger than my left, but I'm NOT feeling any lumps or hardness. It is actually sort of a cross between jelly-like and hard and I know it has shrunk quite a bit as well.

I decided to give my male plumbing a little exercise by jacking off. When I ejaculated, the semen has this yellowish color and has this sort of weird watery-mucus texture to it. I know how a normal semen looks like and this one isn't anything like the ones I've had before. The second time I masturbated and ejaculated, it didn't have the yellowish-tint. It has what I would say creamy color. Not white, not yellow, but creamy. The texture of the semen is similar to a normal one but a little more watery.

So, the discomfort in my right testicle is still there but it has, I would say, gone down a bit.... I'm not sure whether the ejaculation did the job or not. I'll give it a couple of runs in the next coming weeks. Also, the right testicle has gone down in size considerably after the ejaculation, like it was glad that it has gotten rid of the semen.

Have any of you good people experienced something similar? Although I will be checking up with my doctor in about 2 months, how concerned should I be? Should I be doing anything drastic?

Mod edit: no dosages please.

You need to edit out the dosages. Ze verboten on this site.

As far as the pain goes...I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV. But I remember having some pains in my testicles from time to time (when I had a pair). But once I had the orchi, I told the surgeon I wanted them checked out and I was told that there was nothing out of the ordinary considering that I had been on E and Spiro for a few years. I was on Finasteride for a couple years and then stopped taking that. It didn't agree with me and I didn't agree with it.

You may have an infection and it is unrelated to the HRT. But I would suggest you see a doctor ASAP - we can't diagnose you via a forum, professional examination and treatment is the safest option.

Question: Do you tuck?

I found that I cannot tuck because I get searing pains in my left testicle due to a varicose vein there (all the more reason to get SRS).

The yellow discharge worries me.  Have you had unprotected sex in the last few months?  Definitely get a doctor's opinion because that sounds serious.

After a good night of rest and plenty of water, I'm happy to say that it doesn't hurt anymore, even if I apply a little more pressure to the right testicle. It's not as big as before... it has shrunk considerably. No pain in left testicle either. I'll keep monitoring it and call the doctor's office in the next few days when time permits.

I don't tuck.... I just wear a good boyshort panties and have it support my balls and penis. I put my penis in an upright position, hugging my tummy, and supported by the boyshort fabric

No I have not had sex with anyone recently. Though, roughly 5 months ago, I did oral sex on a good friend of mine, but his stuff looks healthy and we used a condom. I also got tested and it came out negative (no STDs). Before the yellow semen, I have not masturbated for 2 weeks, which is amazing considering that before HRT I masturbated every single day. Now I rarely do it because I don't feel the incentive to do so.

After the yellow semen, I waited later and ejaculated a second time. It had a creamy looking color, almost like the normal ones I had before, but not as white.

Doctors said they can't pinpoint the exact cause but says the problems appears to resolve itself. I have not felt any pain for one week after I last ejaculated. The ejaculates, after the first two, appears normal looking; normal in the HRT sense.

Before, I had a lot of incentive to masturbate. Now, roughly 5 months into my HRT, I reeeeally HATE masturbation. It feels like a necessary inconvenience to prevent my sex organs from hurting me or killing me. It gets harder and harder to ejaculate and it feels more like an hour (exaggeration) wrist workout. I used to have this intense desire for very attractive women. Now it's gone. The stuff I used to be attracted to just looks like a mass of jiggling flesh. I need more context and love to work with it. The flesh is not enough. It's both a good thing and a bad thing.... on the good side, I'm less of a horndog, less seduceable. A mind free from sexual urges.

But, I don't regret where I'm going. It's just inconveniences like these that annoy me. I'm hoping to do SRS or cut my balls off in the future.

When you see your doctor, have him or her check you for what is called "Hydrocele". This occurs in that part of the male anatomy for no known reasons and sometimes due to trauma in that region. The symptoms you described are classic. It tends to go away on its own, but can reoccur. It is not a life threatening condition and normally wearing tight undies relieves it.  I'm hoping its not that and maybe just an odd occurrence. Wishing you good health :-)
