= when you come home your partner totally understands why you had a bad day again because she just had a bad day too from the same set of reliable micro-aggressions that stem from being a woman in the workforce.

It's really shocking how impossible it is to comprehend male privilege until you've already sacrificed it.  At least you have someone loving in your life to share the load; I hope you know just how amazingly wonderful that is!
My gender problem isn't half as bad as society's.  Although mine is still pretty bad.

We're long distance now, so no such luck on the snuggles. I mean, hugging my iMac while we're on Skype venting about our days would hurt!
