Any doc with trans/SRS experience especially good for body-shaping liposuction?

I'm wondering if anyone has looked into or found any particular Doctor (anywhere in the world) who has experience with liposuction and/or body shaping surgery with an eye toward MTF clients? Doesn't have to be an SRS surgeon per se, just someone who at least claims to have above-average experience with us? I'm looking to get a little contouring on my love handles (blasted things have been my nemesis since birth it seems)... I may or may not have fat injected into my breasts at the same time if possible. Many thanks girls!

I'm quite curious about lipo too. It seems to be a great idea, but while there's lots of websites about (selling) lipo, I couldn't find many transgender people who've actually done it. Its very odd, and makes me wonder if there's something wrong with it?

I spoke with dr Cardenas, he performs this type of surgeries and can inject fat into your breasts, hips etc.
