Oily skin post op?

I'm a couple months post op, and since a week after surgery I've been experiencing extremely oily skin.

Pre op I had dry sensitive skin, now post op I can wash my face thoroughly and within hours it's oily. Also embarrassingly I've noticed body odor smells that just shouldn't happen.

Has anyone experienced or heard anything similar?

I've assumed that it's probably due to stopping Spiro.

"The rationale for using spironolactone in the treatment of AV (Acne Vulgaris) is that is has been shown to inhibit sebaceous gland activity."

"The sebaceous glands are microscopic exocrine glands in the skin that secrete an oily or waxy matter"

I'm seeing my dermatologist next week.
