Next week I will make an appointment with Dr Haben in Rochester for voice fem surgery.  I'm very excited and scared at the same time.  This is going to be radical change but a very necessary one.  Having a girls face and body but a male voice is a real problem.  It always makes for a very awkward situation when I have to speak.  Socializing is out of the question.  My voice is simply causing me too much pain to be ignored and I have to do something about it.  As soon as I get my check next week I'm going to make a an appointment for October 7th.  Have to put down a deposit to book.

Thank you.  I just received an email today from Fidelity stating that my check is on the way.  They even provided me with a tracking number.  As soon as I get my hands on it straight to the bank and then I will book my surgery for October 8th.  I'm scared and excited at the same time.  Everyone I've told said that my voice really doesn't match my face and that I really need this surgery.   I'll post my results here after it's done.

Oh wow, ok - intersting to have people tell you this - for me, most people were telling me that my voice does fit me in a way or that it is at least not totally bad. And that is me talking at a really relaxed low pitch - I wonder what this says about my face and body :P

I have a real girly face, not an afeminate boy face,  but really girly even before hormones and I'm really petite.  I guess I got lucky.  Anyway your pic looks female to me.  Once my voice is fixed and all goes well no one will ever know my little secret.
