Hi, I'm really new to this site but I've got an urgent question I need answering!

I'm an FTM student from the Uk about to study abroad in Oita, Japan for a year. I've been on T for two years already, and am currently on Nebido. My problem is getting hormones while in Japan, as the NHS will only supply me with 3 months worth of Nebido, and I don't speak much Japanese nor do I have any contacts in the trans* community over there.

Can anyone offer me any advice?
I've done a lot of research, and as I understand it there's a GIC (GID as they're referred to there) in almost every major city in Japan, but currently I can't find one in or near Oita, does anyone know anything regarding that? I've been told there are lists of all the GIDs in Japan but haven't been able to find one anywhere.

Also, more of a point of curiosity, can one self inject Nebido? And how would you go about it?
Because if I can't find a GIC in japan to supply me with hormones, I'm thinking of getting a private prescription for Nebido for the year from my GP and self injecting while I'm out there.

thanks!
