I was on low dose HRT for a number of years; i probably started that somewhere around 44 but really didn't see a lot of physical effects from it. I started on a transitioning dose of HRT on 08/08/2013 when I was 50. The HRT has had major, wonderful effects on me in spite of my age.

On & off all my life as much as I could without getting fired from male type jobs which I did get fired twice for dressing & being feminine. Full speed for the past year finally, yea!

   Started HRT 12/25/2013 age 63 3 months before my 64th birthday. You all make me feel old, on the other hand I have had great results everywhere.

I'm 60 (and 8 months), and just started a couple of weeks ago, so you're not totally alone. So far all my results have been always erect and tender nipples, not that I'm complaining.
