anyway, my question isn't super complicated.. I have a fairly boxy ribcage that protrudes a bit where my waist meets my chest, along with a fairly nonexistent waistline.. I know that there are no miracles but has anyone had luck with waist training in conjunction with HRT? I don't want a wasp waist or anything, just to maybe help guide my fat into the right areas and slightly minimize my lower ribcage. Thanks all!
