Not sure if this is the correct place for this.  If it isn't please move it. :) anyway, my question isn't super complicated.. I have a fairly boxy ribcage that protrudes a bit where my waist meets my chest, along with a fairly nonexistent waistline.. I know that there are no miracles but has anyone had luck with waist training in conjunction with HRT? I don't want a wasp waist or anything, just to maybe help guide my fat into the right areas and slightly minimize my lower ribcage. Thanks all! :)

Well it won't guide the fat, sorry, but over time if done properly WILL retrain to some degree the lower ribs. It can also help tone the muscles in the abdomen and make you eat less with the constriction. It does not happen overnight though and takes a long time. You cinch it gradually so you do not destroy the integrity of the cincher. You snug it, wear it and snug as needed. You don't just put it on and tighten all the way and wear it all the time. YouTube has some good training videos on the subject. :)
