How much did your chin change?

My chin isn't long in length at all, it just has two sharp corners, and I hate it. I've thought about including chin work along with my rhinoplasty, but I think my nose would even my whole face out. I've seen a HUGE improvement of chin shape in some girls, but I'd love to here some feedback.  :)
