Hi everyone! My names gianna. Ive lurked here for a few months, gathering info, and found this forum very helpful. Im 30 yrs young, mtf, and finally got up the courage to come out. Ive gotten everything from " i never wouldve guessed" to " no ->-bleeped-<-. Cream and sugar in your coffee?". So basically i got tired of living a lie, and decided to get busy livin. I have a wonderful fiance who supports me fully and several friends that give me the courage to fix myself. Well thanks for reading, and i hope to make a few friends here.

Hailing from NYC. Welcome, I remember getting a few "why am I not surprised?" reactions.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Im not from nyc, im on the island. I just had my follow up at callen lorde and was given a clean bill of health, a chiding to lay off the cheeseburgers, and a scrip for spiro and estradiol. Today is a good day.
