I must be getting a lot braver than I once was. I was at my favorite club tonight in downtown Scottsdale, just chilling a little. When I left and got into my car in the adjacent parking ramp, I decided to put the top of my Mitsubishi Spyder down. After all, I am probably going to lose it in my forthcoming divorce, so I might as well enjoy it a little while I can.

Well, even at midnight on a Thursday, downtown Scottsdale is full of action. There are all these open air cabs to take the drunks back to their hotels. In reality, they are just over sized golf carts. So I come up to a light, and one of these "cabs" is next to me. There are 4 young drunk guys in it, and they start yelling at me: "Come on baby, smile for us", and other similar remarks. I don't turn towards them, but I do smile, and raise my hand in a half hearted wave.  I am thinking, I wonder if these guys have any clue that they are getting excited about a nearly 60 year old TGirl. Well, thank God for dark nights. But then the light changes and they go their way, and I make a left turn. My red hair is blowing in the breeze. For about 30 seconds, I felt just like I am Suzanne Somers in "American Graffiti", and it felt just amazing.

Hmm, what a fun night it seems.  I have a '91 Nissan 300zx 2+2 which has T-Tops, so I can say I love my open tops as well.  I once saw a bumper sticker that said "girls ride topless".  I loved it, though did get me thinking about how much girls sexualize their selves, as it's not just the guys fault for treating us this way.

It's like candy to a child.  Girls use sexuality as candy to entice the boys .. "children".  So in reality we sometimes do bring on the either wanted or unwanted attention.  So yes I can say were just chicks in convertibles, but I kinda saw all the extra stuff that went along with being female.  So it's to be expected, I'm getting use to it now.  Guys for the most part, just treat us as a piece of a§§.

So naturally, if you got it..flaunt it.  I find it a good thing when guys show a girl attention.  I grew up as a "male" for 30 years, and even through my dating years, I never saw any cis girls looking over at me or acted as though they were attracted to me.  Kind of off topic I know but, I've been told that me in my old pictures as "male", I was hot and had a Kurt Cobain look.  I told those people with a laugh, well sorry you lost your chance, I never had attention until now so finally getting attention as a female is just another reason why I went to the darkside (it was the cookies).  And those cookies were mmmm good!
