Transitioning at BAE Sysems

Has anyone had experience with transitioning at BAE Systems? Specifically coverage for surgery. Considering applying for a job with them (in the US). According to HRC's CEI survey, they have transgender inclusive benefits, but I haven't met anyone that has worked there...
