Hi thinking about taking hormones etc. as any body used any of the hormone products from the transformation website of shops , and have they worked

Taking hormones without medical supervision can be extremely dangerous. There is a very real possibility of deep vein thrombosis and other blood clotting conditions. The products from such shops could contain anything and at best would be a waste of money at worse taking a toxic substance with bad side effects on your health.

Go see a therapist and get HRT assigned correctly

Taking hormones can be dangerous even when they are prescribed by doctors. I lost a friend to thrombosis and she was on prescribed hormones.
You have to make sure that the doctors do all the important checks so there won't be any serious side effects or worse.

If it doesn't come from a doctor's prescription and a good pharmacy, it doesn't go into my body. 

I want to know exactly what I'm taking, what it does, how it does it and whether it will react badly with other meds, foods and beverages.

Definitely do it the right way,  no matter how bad you want it is super dangerous.  I know it sucks but it's safe If you do it the correct way
