here's the steps to gender/name change my counselor and I came up with at the center for disabled, does everything look ok?
1. doctors letter (declaration of physician's form)
2. complete court documents & go to hearing
3. file with California department of health for gender marker on birth certificate (within 30 days of hearing)

i am new, i hope i choose the right forum, i am kinda lost on forum index page.
