Hi

On full serum levels 17 months into HRT, with dissapointing boob developments, barely filling an A on one side and not quite making it on the other, slow ramp up to get here, long one at that.  Full hormone levels began about 11 months ago, kind of.

At 5'9 and 141 lbs, to get some breast fat and development without this blasted stomach thing, I guess ideal weight is 146 for mtf trans?

Do you have any thoughts at all about diet... etc.  High protien, but balanced currently.  intemittent 2 mile walks, cant do early mornings any more....

I need boobs.  Anyone grow some thing this late in the game?

I so hate my body dsyphoria, working it girls... working it hard here.  Nonbinary or not, my body dysphoria is acute.

Advice?  Go to 150 and get some thighs and boob fat, or stay lean and wait it out?

I hate GD.  And I look fairly good, but still have a long way to go.  HRT started in May 25 1013.  Sloowwwwllllyyyyy.

E cyp injections, the usual other stuff..... heavy atoravastatin meds for cholesterol, and omnaprazole for chronic stomach reflux..... which may affect the stomach.

Thoughts my dears?

Blessings from Satinjoy, nails out hair down heart open living truth

The only thing I can say for sure is that putting on weight might not guarantee you boob growth. I've seen some enormous cis women with little more than an A cup, their belly far exceeds their bust.

There are some workout programs for cis-women that target almost exclusively the chest.  And only the muscle groups that enhance, not the ones that bulk up the everything.

Though that may or may not be helpful for your situation.

Sometimes attempting to induce lactation can cause growth.

My methods are different than most, and I am still about six months from seeing if my personal targeted exercise regimen is as effective as I hope it will be.

Horrors

And thanks to both of you.  Grace you look fabulous, I mean it.

I know what to do, will probably gain a pound a week or month to that recommended weight.

Will help the face.  Time, at least the boobs are real, hope late growth is real too.

I won't touch hormone balancing, not after that od.  And the truth of that is still unfolding, the drop was big time destabilizing, I am going back to high serums now, endo.has control, his assistant is off my case.

So,, we add a small amount of fat, maybe three pounds, and do belly exercises.

Belly dancing anyone?

Be safe girls....

Love to all

When my doctors increased my hormones and added progesterone, I gained weight and everything filled out. :) Didn't change my diet or anything.

I didnt like the effects of EC really... I have gained 15 lbs since switching to EV 6 weeks ago and it appears a lot of it is actually going to the right spots ;D  I did also quit smoking though at about the same time so that could be key in all of it... I will say in the 6 weeks I was on EC I thought my boob growth stalled and I was very disappointed with the EC shots compared to plain old E2 through gel/patches and pills in high dosage... I feel like Im doing MUCH better now on EV at a fairly high dosage injected every 5 days, nice and steady with no highs and lows  ;D
For me I have to cycle the P though... When I go off it they seem to protrude a bit and grow.... Then after a while on the P they seem to round out and get REAL sensitive... I donno maybe something with shocking the receptors but I like to cycle P :o

I donno what else to say there but I was 5'7" and for a while 145-150 lbs and an A but lucky both the same size... I was happy there too... The weight on my belly is hard to deal with though and lately Ive decided I will walk/run as much as necessary to keep from gaining another pound...

I know Im not just seeing things though because my favorite 38 B bra seemed like it was getting too tight... I grabbed another 38 B Ive had for a while that never fit, TOO BIG when I got it months ago, I figured Id grow into it... Well Ive grown into it ;D

Been about 6 1/2  months here... I know you dont want to go changing things but I think EV is better than EC ;)

I gained 10-15 lbs when I increased my E orally. Upon switching to injections for E, taking progesterone and doubling progesterone orally, my weight further increased by about 10 lbs. A little too much on my belly though. Could lose about 5 pounds there but my butt, breasts, face and overall figure definitely looks nicer, more feminine and curvy!

I actually noticed about the same thing. On less P, my boobs would protrude more, I think grew more as well and felt more bouncy, tender. On more P, growth is a little less but I also feel much calmer. I take P continuously.

I started exercising regularly also for the same reasons although VERY skeptical of getting any weight loss results from it for various reasons. I'm giving it a try anyways and keeping an open mind, who knows?! If anything, it will be good for my heart, mind and tone my body. :) And I noticed since starting, my boobs seem to respond better, E appears to work more effectively...:)

I was a 34-36 A, I'm now a 38A soon going to B.
