Is Packer Locker a legit seller?

Has anyone received ANYTHING from Packer Locker?  I placed an order with them 5 ½ weeks ago.  A few days later they emailed the shipping confirmation with a tracking number.  The postal service never scanned in the tracking number, and I never received the package.  Packer Locker and I have been emailing back and forth.  They were super friendly in the early emails when I inquired about my missing package, but here I am almost 6 weeks after my credit card was charged and I still have no product.

I will give them the benefit of a doubt that this is just a case of a lost package.  It happens even with the best companies.  I don't want to badmouth a company just because of one mix-up that may still be resolved, but I'm wondering if anyone has actually received an order from Packer Locker.  Are they legit?

Yea they are I got my package and they answered all my questions through email and text I am getting ready to order from them again so they most definately are legit. Might just be a lost package.

@OP: Did you order an item or a box? I know the current box is delayed. I too received a tracking number that hasn't been pinged yet, but it's supposed to be shipping today with an extra freebie for the delay.

My suggestion would be to send a copy of the shipping notification in an email back to them. If they have a FB page, another idea is to post a complaint right on the FB page. But I'd do the email first. If you paid via Pay pal you can complain to Pay Pal, but I would do the other two first.

Thanks for the replies.  I paid with a credit card, and I ordered several individual items, not the monthly surprise box.  I have already emailed them with my order number, and they replied that they would look into it and get back to me the following day.  They did not get back to me the next day.  I emailed them again after a week.  They replied that they "had to search through a million boxes and we were able to find bits and pieces of the order," but they were out of stock on one item.  I wrote back that the one item out of stock was no big deal.  Then a week later I wrote again.  But they stopped responding.  Their last email to me was two weeks ago.  And now I see that they are out of stock on more items I ordered.  So this is why I was wondering if my order was legitimately lost by innocent mistake, or if this is their standard practice.

Have you considered asking them for a refund? If they haven't returned emails in two weeks, that's what I'd do next. Sometimes that's enough to make a company pay attention -- realizing they're about to lose a customer often gets them to do the right thing. If they still fail to respond, you can dispute the charge with the credit card company. It sounds like you have all the records of your interactions with them, so you're in a good position to do this.

I actually made the mistake of thinking that the $26 box was the price for a single box and not a monthly subscription. Apparently they don't issue refunds on the monthly boxes after the end of the month cut-off (this policy isn't listed anywhere on their website). They haven't responded to my e-mail to cancel the subscription I didn't know I had  ::) Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.
