Just have a few questions on the topic because I keep hearing how hard it is to lose weight on hormones, yet others are struggling to put on weight and such.
I am currently pre hrt. Had hoped to have started by now but still playing the super fun waiting game.
But part of what I gathered was that mtf hrt would effectively slow the metabolism down. So my original plan was to basically lose a bit while it would be easier in boy mode I guess. But with some complaining about trying to gain weight, I'm not quite sure anymore.
Currently about 5 10", 140 pounds or so. And a soccer player's build. Although I little bit more pudgy than usual because of being injured recently. Not big and muscular, but things were firm I guess?
Ideally as a girl I'd like to be stick thin. Not too interested in the boobles department. Although an actual butt would be nice

Currently with my metabolism the way it is, I could probably eat all the food in the world and stay exactly the same without exercise.
I just don't know if I should start exercising to lose weight now while it may be easier after I come back from injury, or to try and keep some bit of fat on my bones?
I've been between 125 pounds and about 170 over the last year or two with pretty much the same frame depending on what was needed from me for my team. And I've never had problems at any of those weights so no need to worry too much whether I go up or down.
Thanks
