My account was accidently banned

Please help.

To get past a new firewall restriction at my office, I needed to use a private VPN service. Well that service seems to be on your "permanently ban" list.
May I get my original account back please.

Plenty of VPNs that aren't on the BANNED list, hon. Whoops, did I say that out loud?
