So after my professionals have long since recommended I take the steps to move forward, I met my new ENDO in my first appointment today, YAY!

I took my blood tests from my insurance review corporate has the Board take annually in September and he says everything looks a go, but ordered his own like tests and rescheduled for a full physical December 5th.

Now he recommends either a patch or injectibles, doesn't really have much experience with pellets, and is not a fan of pills for the liver. Funny thing is, he gave me scripts for my syringes, estrogen and spiro, but he said to bring them with on 12/5 and teach me how to use them.

So, the aaaaaaaargh; he agrees at first blush I am healthy to go, but mandates the wait, while I have my tools in my hands, it will be a tough three weeks of anxiety.

The plus plus, he is a big fan to prepare for whatever road HRT will provide, and believes that wherever I am happiest to park myself in the feminity spectrum will be best for me. If I want to dive in with FT great, if I want to beard the effects for quite a while, no problem, if I decide that I am ultimately non-binary, okay. He says all his patients have their own journeys and his role is to keep us healthy throughout the process and provide or suggest the resources we may need as we see as we move down the road.

I like this Doc.

But, oh, the wait!

maybe you should lock the equipment in a box and bury in backyard

Patience. It will begin soon enough, then I urge you to hang on tight because that's when your personal roller coaster finally leaves the loading station. One thing you can almost always count on is that once it starts, the ride will be exhilarating. :)

Great idea but I live in Chicago and from what I hear the ground will be frozen by tomorrow, unfortunately it looks like winter is here (a low of 22 degrees Fahrenheit overnight).
