Doesn't have to be trans related.

TJ and Amal (NSFW): http://tjandamal.com/
It's not straight up porn, but there's sexual content in there.

Darken: why save the world when you can rule it?

Charby the Vampirate: not what it sounds like. It's more like there's a house in a forest both of which are full of loads and loads of interesting monsters.

Cwen's Quest: it's funny. Unfortunately, it's also on hiatus.

Questionable Content, even before it had a trans character.

"Choosing to be true to one's self — despite challenges that may come with the journey — is an integral part of realizing not just one's own potential, but of realizing the true nature of our collective human spirit. Well, I never let a week go by without checking this one. It's definitely NSFW, but it's often funny and always informative.

I actually used to read a lot more webcomics than I do now. These days I still read Questionable Content, as well as Candi, and xkcd.

Recently I discovered the website Tapastic, and there's a number of really good comics on there. I particularly like Sarah's Scribbles, Fail by Error, Taihen, and Mikiko's Mini-Comics.

I also just caught up reading Rain, which is about a transgirl going to a Catholic high school and becoming friends with all the other queer kids. It's hit me in the feels on a number of occasions, though it's generally pretty good about balancing the drama with comedy.

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention mine... which is obviously also my favorite...  ::)

I was reading heaps of webcomics years ago and I fell badly out of the habit and discipline required to keep up with them. Need to remedy that as there really are some quality products out there.

Rain is fantastic.  The creator is Jocelyn Samara, a fellow trans woman.  Definitely worth the read.

Another trans related one that's just getting started is The Life of Alexis Perkins

A new I found yesterday is Supercakes.  A superhero/relationship comic.

Endless Rain

Order of the Stick is one of my favorites. It also has a huge trans fanbase, though the only trans character is a random ogre early in the comic. (I can't link it on my phone right now.)

I LOVE webcomics. I grew up reading the comics in the newspaper everyday and webcomics were the best way to deal with not having the same newspaper in college.  It also helped that webcomics are chock full of queer and trans characters that I was able to see Gunnerkrigg Court, XKCD, Assigned Male are all some of my regular favorites. Others I read regularly are:

Dumbing of Age: A group freshmen in a coed dorm. Hilarity ensues.
http://www.dumbingofage.com/2010/comic/book-1/01-move-in-day/home/

Rock & Riot: A playful period piece set in the 1950s with 2 rival gangs in high school, where almost everyone is queer.
http://rockandriotcomic.com/post/115020071048

Girls With Slingshots: This webcomic ended in 2015, but the author has been remastering all the pages in color. A hopeless in love & life writer navigates her 20s with her confident friend group, figuring it out like her.
http://www.girlswithslingshots.com/comic/gws1

Alphabet Soup: A webcomic comprised 100% of user submitted stories focusing on their LGBT+ identities
http://alphabetsoupcomic.tumblr.com/page/6

Always Human: A story about 2 girls in love in the future. What more could you want? oh, yes BEAUTIFULLY COMPOSED MUSIC UNDER EACH CHAPTER
http://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/always-human/1-i-guess-thats-why-i-admire-her/viewer?title_no=557&episode_no=1

I have countless more, but I am always looking to add to my ever expanding folder.

I freaking love Dilbert. It's really intelligent and makes me laugh quite a bit. It also had a great cartoon series in 1999 but it got cancelled after two seasons. Massive shame.

www.dilbert.com

Also, you've all probably heard of Cyanide and Happiness ( www.explosm.net ). They don't care who they offend and some are very funny.

Not sure if this meets the requirements of "webcomics," but I really love "Sunstone," a BDSM/love story that I found on Deviant Art.  There's nudity, but it's not graphically sexual, but VERY suggestive and sexy. (NSFW)

Zebra Girl - by Joe England
zebragirl.net
Started out as a comedy series, but becomes a fairly deep, imaginative urban fairy-tale type series.  Makes me think of Neil Gaiman.

Glad to hear mspaintadventures and oh joy sex toy get some love in posts above :)

Spidey-zine - by Hannah Blumenreich is very cool
http://www.hannahblumenreich.com/spidey-zine/

Up and Out - by Julia Kaye is a sweet little slice-of-life trans comic
upandoutcomic.tumblr.com

FreakAngels
cool post-disaster superhero comic.  8 people with powers making their way after accidentally breaking things.

Dinosaur Comics - By Ryan North
This comic never fails to crack me up so much!  Ryan North also writes Squirrel Girl comics!

Here is one that has many trans characters in it. That I thought it should get a mention.

QC of course and xkcd (I've met Randall), and the decidedly NSFW Oglaf.

Thanks for reminding me, I'd not read any of the above for a couple of weeks, just caught up :-).

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet: Life in Aggro. It's a video game web comic. I love the art style, and they do a bunch of Final Fantasy XIV comics, which is how I got into it (back when I was playing FFXIV). They also reference a bunch of other Japanese games.

One of the comic's creators (and characters) transitioned last year (MTF), which is one of the things that helped me find the courage to admit the truth to myself. While it's still a video game comic, they occasionally have trans issues come up (more so earlier on after Cecelia's announcement).

The link goes directly to the coming out comic:
http://www.lifeinaggro.com/comic/2016/11/27

The one after that with the Q&A was pretty amusing.
