How to handle when its your husbands time for his phallo in couple weeks. 1st stage.

My GCS i was calm and just wanted it to be done. No surgery stress.

Him its tearing at my stomach in such a scared mode.

Been thru this with his Top surgery and Hysto.

This one is such a big surgery with multiple sites.

How to handle the anxiety and stress level when you have no control.

On top my sister is having her GCS week before so that's another add to my stress.

I am a emotional rollercoaster. Hope it stays on the tracks.

Uff!

Sigh!

Hugs Izzy.

How to cope? Goddess knows. You are a strong woman and I know he is a strong man. We just have to keep positive, keeping loving and lean on your family here when you need us with you.

I do hope it goes well and my love to you both - and to your sister. Safe journey to both of them.

Remember we are here for all three of you.

My thoughts and good wishes go out to you.  It will indeed change life as it happens and you will need to work the steps to change resolution. I hope those steps will be short steps, short times, and long happiness and fulfillment to you and your family when they have been completed.

Been trying my best to keep it all in some order.

Just been in overload mode.

Every little emotion seems to be magnified 3 fold.

Such a girl.

Today is one of the emotional days where everything seems to bother me.

Sigh!

Old habits seems so tempting today but know that is not the answer.

Play a game, watch a movie would be easy and take mind off the worry.

Easy is not always easy as we all know.

Few days till first major test. Will I pass or fail?

Larger Sigh!

As we progress towards a time when the dysphoria will stop being a factor.

Will it bring a end to his unhappiness?

Will there be calm had through all the process?

Will there be a new person i will need to get to know all over again?

Will my calmness i was given be back for my enjoyment?

Will all this come with out issues?

Will i have the strength in all to come?

Day at a time. Its a vent.

Vent away Hon.

You have a lot on your hands.
Is he having his surgery in Canada, or are you travelling OS?
  •

adrian

I hope there will be calmness for both of you.

Until then, vent away!

Sending a hug, some long deep breaths, and lots of positive energy. Can you feel it? It should be this warm, glowing ball right underneath your solar plexus. Not big, size of a walnut. But if you focus on it, it'll radiate warmth, and calm through your body and mind.

Again thanks everyone for the support.

Yes the surgery will be done here so no travel involved.

I know he will be in good hands and things will be at there best.

In now just a few days my sister will experience her start of a new life chapter and that's my first stress point.

I just care a lot so puts added stress and emotions. I draw so much strength from the forum.

Again thank everyone for the extra strength.

Hugs

It's now starting.

Have settled my sister in for the night.

Tomorrow she will come out of her cocoon a beautiful butterfly.

Few more days of stress and then my attention shifts.

Not easy being on this side.

Day at a time.
