Update after my huge hiatus

So guys, last time I posted here, I was pretty much only just coming out. Now, I am out to everyone who knew me as female, and stealth to everyone else. I have legally changed my name too. I had my first shot of T last Friday. Not many changes yet, but I have experienced increased appetite, tingling junk, tiny amount of growth downstairs, and today came the dreaded hot flushes.
