It's possible to work with cyberskin but keep in mind it is cyberskin may be less than completely safe next to your body. However, if you have the desire to do this than no one is stopping you and might be a little fund raiser, should you become good at it (Otoh, please be a trans guy with a business who can run a good business. Lots of guys who can't unfortunately. )
A somewhat easier step is making tweaking a Mr Limpy. I agree many videos on this one.
Not so many to completely make a cyberskin one from scratch.
Silicone is hundreds or thousands of dollars if you really want to do this. OF course, it's how the guys who are in business are doing this.
