This is actually Fillmore 1970, filmed by Dutch television for "The Making Of 200 Motels", believe it or not.
And the preceding dialogue segment is called "Do You Like My New Car?". I have Fillmore on vinyl, but it's in a bad shape, so I need to get the 2012 remaster with the restored "Willie The Pimp Part 2".
