Anyway, since Chester Bennington's passing, I've been listening to a lot of Linkin Park again... tween me found a lot of comfort in them, they'll always be special to me I guess. Currently listening to Leave Out All The Rest.

Absolutely devastated over Chester Bennington's passing. He was such an inspiration in my life, and Linkin Park got me through some difficult times in my teen and adult years. I started singing because of him. I feel like I have lost a childhood friend. I have not cried so much in a long time.

Same here. Listening to LP heavy recently because of Chester RIP. Didn't realize the impact they had on my life until now. Maybe even part of me in denial of who I really was. They came on the scene when I was a freshman in HS right after and during my first real bad bout of dysphoria. Papercut was always a fave but would have meant so much more if I could have opened up just a little. Easier To Run is literally my whole life as a male. That whole Meteora album might have helped kept me alive. That time in my life was not fun. The crazy thing is that I listen to all their stuff now and it means something even more amazing now that I accepted trans.

Ohhh, likin' this song. Reminds me of a somewhat modernized version of earlier No Doubt before they went down the "Don't Speak" rabbit hole. (I resented when they shifted style after its success.  )
