This is an interesting thread. When I transitioned the first time some 25years ago in my thirties, I was on a combination of injections and pills and also n Progesterone and I had a Lesbian girlfriend for some time who was pregnant, but her partner had left her, we became very close friends and lived together after a while and through her encouragement and with a lot of help, from her Nurse Practitioner and lots of breast pump work, over a period of some 6 months, I found I was also able to lactate with my partner. This worked really well as with the baby came it was a joint effort as she worked different hours. Sadly the relationship didn't last the seed of time as eventually she decided she wasn't a lesbian, met this guy and went off into the sunset.
In my latest transition, over the last couple of months, my breasts have started to leak a little in their growing phase. I am about Tanner III and a 42B. I definitely pass the pencil test. But its nothing to worry about, but it does mean messy night dresses and PJs. Also it helps if you put some cotton in your bras around the nipple area, if you wear a soft bra to bed.
