Pretty much self explanatory,  who here has additional complicated medical issues,  I have over the last couple years had to come to a degree of acceptance of my medical issues,  I've had several crying fits which sometimes have helped,  but still I have a hard time so I guess I'm not really "adjusted"  to the inconveniences theses medical problems have brought into my life,  which almost has taken me out (seriously)  I almost actually died this year twice :( I know some here know or at least know the details but am wondering who else?  Maybe we can support each other?  Start a mini support group here?  Idk it's late here and I can't sleep,  so anyone else?

Diabetes, high blood pressure, gout and high cholesterol here. However all are under good control. When these issues weren't addressed my life was a nightmare. I couldn't walk and I felt like my head was going to constantly explode.

OK I'll let everyone in on my issues well the main ones,  there are several small things that are because of the bigger disease's/issues
In order from worst the least : O. I. Type one (with some type 3 and 4 traits),  status astmaticus(worsened by the oi because of deformities), anemia,   scoliosis (created because of my spine collapsing, this is prob because of oi,  and a bunch of little things because of these.  I've had multiple back surgeries,  am on to many medications,  have to many  Dr's,  it's a day to day thing if it's not my allergies with my asthma it's my pain which is sometimes barely controlled,  and I'm 34.  tonight I have had breathing issues and pain problems so I'm awake :(

I've been trying to learn how to cope with my situation, and I know several of you have listed some very debilitating problems, how do you'll cope?

me too, this year could see me in the hospital because this year the flu vaccine isn't as effective because the main virus  going around mutated.

Anxiety with panic attacks
Hypothyroidism
Undetermined chronic joint pain possibly Rhumathoid Arthritis

The BPD mixes great with second puberty because I naturally have trouble controlling emotions. I feel bad for people trying to discuss things with me when I don't like what I hear cause my tendency has been to walk away from the conversation and start crying. I tend to act like a 14 year old girl, and you really can't talk to me after that.

Glad you are doing much better now, don't want no-body checking out for sure.

what almost took me out this year was that I had respiratory failure, and since my rib cage is deformed and basically crushing my lungs its made for a real difficult time, or so I have heard. was in the icu for like a month, 3 days with a tube down my throat, and the rest on a bi-pap/external ventilation, but ive been coming back now, and it didn't help at the same time I had pneumonia and the entero virus. but im still here, but this year has been rough and its been the first time have been really scared of dying , :-\

I was born with Albinism, and as such I'm legally blind.  I also lack pigmentation.
I also apparently have some unknown variation of Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome.  And my doctors don't even knew much about it.
I'm also OCD.
I have mild Scoliosis.
Oh, and I might have a Thyroid problem.
My HRT doctor thinks I might be prediabetic.

Apart from having high blood pressure I am also accident prone. The accidents I have are so oddly common that it is lucky I have a nurse for a mum. I swear that if my future boyfriend wants to keep me he is going to have to cover me in bubble wrap. :-\
