I would have thought after accounts had been updated back in July and August that I wouldn't receiving more forms here in December. Yet, I got in the mail today another W-9 to fill out for a bank account was taken care of in August. I would have thought they would have asked for this item then considering the must have required it. It just ticks me off to know end that they couldn't get their ducks in a row in a much more timely manner.
