Three retailers at Paramus Park Shopping Center claim they were unfairly treated in a campaign by the state Attorney General's Office to enforce anti-discrimination laws.
The businesses are angry that the state fined them $250 for failing to comply with a law that requires stores, theaters, hospitals and other organizations open to the public to post signs informing customers and employees of their civil rights.
