I would recommend a neck accessory or scarf to bridge the awkward distance between your chin and decolletage.

I don't think Julia was showing us exactly how she planned to look at the event; more of an overview.  I would recommend a little restraint to bridge the awkward distance between your critique and common decency.

It was just a dress that finally fits me and was part of an outfit I'm building for Xmas, and I was feeling like sharing

PS: I will be using flats. Every time I put on heels I end regretting it.
