How about the 2nd and 4th finger resizing?  Men have the 4th (ring finger) longer, where I believe the women's pointer finger is longer.. 
Now anybody that picky about their body, I offer my new band saw;) 
I'm sure we could break and extend a bone in the pointer finger like they do for leg lengthening. 
I wished it was my middle finger that needed extended and I'd do it;)  i would have a great excuse sticking it out to people. Hehehe

The way to measure this is not by look, n I've found some good information on how to work all this ratio thing out by pictures

Nah, you should read some academic literature that goes into the extreme, compared to here. Feminization at this point in time is barely getting out of the dark ages with the internet. People are just looking for reliable info. to base their decisions.[emoji41]

I think that these facial ratios are something surgeons probably do or should know with their line of work when it comes to ffs, I'm starting to think that I should ask my surgeon about it, if I ever get enough money for it.

That's completely different than my thought on it.  But for once my useless tidbits of knowledge is sparking a conversation and I'm more interested in the new info..  thank you all for the replies;)  more for me to research tonight.  I think I heard that finger thing on that tv show ripley's believe it or not?  It was on some show..  if anyone can verify this, please let me know;)  laters

Buhuu - I have a Sum of ratios of 3.83 - sad. But not new. I know I have stubby hands. But 2d:4d is >1 at least
