weird dreams/nightmares

I got about 3-4 hours of sleep last night and had a dream about being transgender. I don't remember if I saw my female self and a lot of other things because it was a dream, but it involved coming out to my parents, which was pretty scary and didn't go very well. i woke up shortly afterwards. Did anyone else have weird/frightening dreams about being transgender when they first realized they were trans as teenagers/adults?

I had a dream several years ago that I turned into a woman and I was the only one freaked out about it because I was afraid of how others would react and what they would think.

I have had many dreams where I was my female self. Some were just regular nonsense dreams, others had reason to them.

The most significant one I can remember was one where I had moved far away from my family. I lived in some extraordinary house with my current girlfriend  (she was my wife in the dream), and I go walk in front of a mirror and see a girl. Her and I were happy and I didn't want to wake up.

I have very vivid and detailed dreams from time to time.
