I was gonna tell I was a girl inside to a lady at work today but sadly she wasnt there. She and me had talked last week and Ive known her for a long time. She asked me last week if I thought I was transgender. I said no for I was nervous and there were other people around. She asked based on my long hair, long nails, necklaces and other girly type of things I do. She suspects obviously. I really dont know how to say Im a girl. This would be a start to my what most likely is seen as odd behavior would have answers finally. These people I work with have known me for a long while now.

This is not easy. Im so very very nervous to tell her when I see her next time that Im transgender. That Im basically a tomboy inside. How do you say hey I look like a guy but inside Im a girl. I guess Ill find out.

Is it truly something you need to do so you will move full time?

I myself when i came out used the. If i tell x will it improve my well being or can it add to stress or return hate!

I had all my ducks in a row when i came out. I went full time then told everyone who needed to know.

You do your own schedule but watch when you let the gene out of the bottle.

Lots of luck,

Hugs

Today is the day and if she's there, Im speaking up but Im so nervous. I have no idea how to say this really but Im gonna do it. It's not because I want to go full time. It just gets harder and harder to keep this secret of mine inside. I know some people at work for example are like confused by my behavior sometimes and Id like to explain but right now only 1 or maybe 2 people. This is really hard for me to do.

I wanted to tell one of my male colleagues that I work with since I was reasonably certain he would be ok with it. Turns out I was right, but I went for a more cautious approach and started with HR. It went really well by the time it came to tell everyone. Even the people who were initially hesitant about having me in the bathroom have been great.

Instead of face to face, I found doing it over the internet, or a text helps me to be more confident about telling close friends.
