Psychiatrist who bulk bills in Sydney

I need help right now.

I am sick of the pong game between services like lifeline, gender centre, beyond blue etc.

I need a bulk billed psychiatrist right now.  Or all they all greedy, useless f&@$ers who swan off on holiday and charge 300 bucks an hour?
