Thanks for the update, to bad the fistula didn't heal itself, hopefully the dr can fix it when you get your implants put in.  Good to hear how it feel to have something down there, should be even better when you testes to feel also.

I realize now how little I know about my "new" body. The first check up visit I had with my surgeon we talked about the fistula but he couldn't really see it properly because I wasn't healed enough for him to pull back the foreskin to see it.

This time he pulled it back really far, further than I ever have and asked me where the pee was coming from so I told him. From my actual pee hole and next to me pee hole there's a flow of urine too. He then said I don't have a fistula next to my pee hole like i thought and its just that my foreskin is to tight and is laying like a wrapper around it so it catches up some urine and that makes it flow from my pee hole and next to it. I was so relieved and I could tell he was very happy too because he smiled and said is the pee only coming from here and pointed too me penis I said yes, he said not from here? And pointed to where my peehole used to be before surgery (below the penis) I said no, then he said this is great so next surgery I will only do a moms resection and testicular implants and I will fix the foreskin so that the urine flows normally in one stream and don't splash around anymore. I could tell he was very happy because there was no fistula because its so common.

I also haven't had any strictures and I have no bladder infections etc so I feel that I can really relax and consider my surgery a success in every way even though my recovery wasn't the greatest.

The next surgery is going to be in June or July and I will see him again in May. I asked him if it would be okay if I started pumping and he told me to give it some more time and that I'm still healing.

Mackan, Great to hear you don't have a fistula.  I expect it is hard to know how much pulling and probing you should be doing around your the surgery site as you don't want to disturb the healing.  I saw some place once that uncircumcised guys pull back there foreskin to have better control of their pee flow and this may be what you will need to learn to do.  Did it hurt when the dr pulled your foreskin back?  I expect you are looking forward to June when you will have your final surgery.

Yeah exactly I guess I was just scared to do it like he did. I actually thought about that too :) I think ill start trying to pull it back when I pee and see if that helps, it didn't hurt but it felt weird because I never done it myself. I've only cleaned it in the shower by putting my finger in under the foreskin but never actually pulled it back.

Yeah I can't wait :D especially for the implants I think that will look/feel great to have them, and hopefully it will look like a nice bulge when I wear boxers, I always wished for that.
