Since I started HRT, I've felt phantom sensitivity and tenderness in the breasts area. When I attempt to verify this with my hands, I hadn't felt anything. Now while they don't feel any different to my hands, feeling my hands in that area is different for sure. Behind the nipple it is very sensitive to touch. The size of the sensitivity is about the size of the diameter of the shaft of a pen. The left one feels more sensitive than the right one, but both are sensitive.

 :) :) :)
I've been on HRT for 4 months now. IIRC, I felt something similar. You'll know for sure once the area expands a little and is sensitive and/or itchy.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Congrats, aw1701!!!

I noticed "buds" at first, but shortly after that got The Sensitivity as well as a bit of bashfulness!

Enjoy the experience, and watch our for doors!
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Not just doors - I quite often have to pick up large and/or awkward boxes at work.  They frequently 'thunk' against my chest as I get hold of them which leads to quite a jolt in the nipples!  I seem to be really clumsy at home because I'll pick up and carry all sorts of objects and then fumble them leading to them falling directly against a nipple.  I'm at 13 months on E and it's still just about as painful as it ever was.

My electrologist has been using my right boob as an armrest for about two hours of every session.  I'm now wearing a padded bra and very thankful for it in that situation!

I remember the sensations at the very beginning of development.  Soon it's going to get very painful for a while followed by many months of varying aching.  Have fun!

Tip: once the itching and soreness starts, cup a breast in the palm of one hand (either should work) and roll your hand around and on the breast, doing a gentle massaging motion.

It relieves some of the discomfort, and is supposed to increase blood flow, resulting in better growing.

I'm most concerned about my dog. She's very paws on. I've ended up with chest scratches a few times. Also her doggy door makes the open with of the back door only about half its original width.

Great tip!  Plus it just feels nice.  :)

My big thing lately with the colder weather I wear a hoodie a lot.  When I go to pull the sleeves up sometimes I lose my grip and end up punching myself right in the boob!  Only me....   ::)
