So I'm looking to buy an STP soon and I want to get one that is the easiest to use in public bathrooms. At my school theres only 2 or 3 neutral/single person bathrooms that are close to my classes and one of them is out of order a lot for some reason, so a lot of the time I am forced to use public men's rooms. I have no problem learning to use an STP, my concern is cleaning it. I read that you should rinse out your STP after using it, but what if I am in a public men's room and theres other guys in there using the sinks? Can I just like wipe it off and just clean it when I go home from school? Does anyone have any advice for tips, or can recommend a specific type of STP that might work best for me in my situation? Thanks.

Sir Real

You don't really have to rinse it out every time. Even if there aren't any people in there, I'd be afraid of someone walking in on my lol. Urine is sterile and as long as you clean it at the end of the day you're probably fine.  The main thing is to make sure that you drain the stp as well as you can so there isn't a lot of leftover liquid there.  One or two drops isn't going to do much. I use a funnel type and personally, I kinda got used to a slightly damp feeling pretty quickly and it does dry.

There's a lot of different kinds of stps out there, it depends a lot on your budget and what you're looking for, like a packer/stp or just a home-made kind, funnel, medicine spoon etc.

I'll try and look this up... but I KNOW I came across disposable STP devices a few months ago! So that's an option too and no need to clean. Just use it and toss it.

It would not be a good thing for you to be seen using that in a men's room. Not everybody would be understanding.

You can use the stall and dry it off. I've done this and they aren't even very smelly at the end of the day.
You could wash it if you come across a unisex bathroom. If you use a silicone or some firm plastics, you can basically shake them off. Silicone has a property of resisting being wet. They are, however, more bendy than heavier plastics making them trickier for some people to use.

I've heard of people using toilet rolls and homemade throw away STPs  (I'd imagine commercial throw away STPs are going to be very expensive. They aren't made for everyday use like that.)

The OP is asking for how to clean his STP without people seeing it. I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish with your reply.

To the original question- as someone else said, pee is sterile, so you will be fine with just cleaning it thoroughly at home. If there's a few drops left in there, it won't hurt anything. Just put it away, go wash your hands, leave, just like any other guy, and you're totally fine.
