As I'm mtf i keep noticing that i have the masculine-looking pelvic V muscle and it's very bothersome. I hate it. Can surgeons shave the bones down so it's not so noticeable? Or will fat deposits cover it up?
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

I think it could be done but don't quote me. Plus, it sounds expensive and dangerous. What I try to do that helps the look is trying to rotate my hips forward while moving or standing. It helps slightly flattens the front and makes the butt look slightly bigger. Generally, depending on when HRT was started will depend the amount / quality of fat migration to the hip area.

You'll be hard pressed to find a responsible or ethical surgeon who would modify your pelvis without a good medical reason to do so.

Only thing I ever heard of that helps with that is doing marathon type running so your body chews down your muscle.  The problem is that it also eats away your fat.  The best you reach that way is a straight body.  You can add plastic surgery to that though to add curves.  Good luck.

Your best bet is going to a surgeon that has an expertise in body sculpting. Hrt may improve that area with fat redistribution but that takes a long time to happen if it does happen cause its not in everyone's genetics.

I don't understand the situation. What is the difference?

I don't think changing the bones to fix the muscles will actually help... but the good news is that losing muscle is easier than shaving bones! Estrogen alone encourages less bulky muscles and more fat deposits, which over time should help considerably.
