Manda

I am 40yrs old. I don't know where to start, but what I do know is that what is on my inside does not match my outside.    I have lived all of my life that I can remember hating mirrors in that I hate the person looking back at me.  When I listen to my heart and what is on my insides sounds like a woman crying out for help and see is very scared of everything.   I wish I would never see another mirror or picture of me again the way I am.  I don't know what is going on inside of me but I need help doing something about it.

Hi Manda,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Don't worry about the mirrors just yet, keep looking at what's on e inside. That's the most important part. Our real truths can only be found deep within and once we respond to those, do they become an outward expression of our real self. Then you can look in mirrors and see the real you. Warning; it may take time. This doesn't happen over night.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
