Today i was feeling adventurous so i decided to get dressed out and go shopping,
I have never really went into a major public place as Kacey before, usually just
going for a walk outside and once in a while someone passes by but only on a couple
occasions has anyone ever said anything and its usually just hello or something

but today Kacey was getting very restless and just screaming to go out, so i got dressed
and headed of to the store, nervous as heck i sat for about 5 mins before getting the
nerve to actually go inside but once inside the anxiety went away as i walked around
people smiled as they passed by so i proceeded to do my shopping and in a very crowded
store the day after christmas, i never felt better, i left there and went to 3 more stores,
every place i went i was greeted with respect and friendly chat and not once did anyone
say anything bad or look at me weird

I am so far up on cloud 9 right now i don't think anyone could knock me down
I have chosen to be happy because it is good for my health

Good for you Kacey!  Going out in public was something I also recently did for the first time.  I was very nervous before hand, but it really was a non-event, and a great confidence boaster for me :)

...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...
