I want to go to Medalie but he requires a letter. I'm trying to get surgery by this summer but there are no therapists near the resort I work at, plus I'm just always working or sleeping.

You can get a letter online in a month for $280, I did it. http://gendertherapist.com/
Medalie actually recommends this therapist if you ask for the online ones.
