Explaining your age would entail describing certain actions from a mother and father. Dont think we want to hear that.

You mean like deciding to write the Stork to drop us off in the cabbage patch?
Ya put your right foot in.  You put your right foot out.  You put your right foot in and you shake it all about.  You do the Andro-gyney and you turn yourself around.  That's what it's all about.

QuoteI really am 8 years old!

Rebis, I had a feeling you'd like the approach of adding the two numbers together. ;)

I also realize that I should've considered possibilities of subtracting, multiplying or dividing the numbers... let's see, I'm 51, 5-1=4, 1-5= -4, 5 divided by 1 is 5, 1 divided by 5 is 1/5... gosh, this age stuff gets complicated for androgynes  ;D

I'm 26, and what wouldn't I give to be 18 again  ^-^

I am the old one, so far.  I noticed that the majority are under 30.  Back in the 60's (which of course none of you kids remember) we had a saying, "Don't trust anyone over 30."  Most of us now have a hard time remembering what it was like to be under 30.  Of course many of my contemporaries have a hard time remembering anything.  >:D

Louise,

I always disliked that saying. I was 13 at the tail end of the 60s, and knew a lot of cool people then who happened to be over 30. One can't assume people have certain attitudes due to their age.

the saying is now "don't trust anyone under 30".  Personally, I don't trust anyone over 6 and under 77  :P

I don't agree with that phrase either. Many of my friends are older than me. I'd like to be 18 again so as I can re-run life without all the amazing screw ups (oh yea... that'd be good!) but I dsilike overall the modern cultural bias towards dismissing the old. Being young has it's advantages (as does being older) but it is not a personal achievement (I didn't get a choice in the year I was born in, after all) and being in no way makes you inherently better than people who were born in the decades preceding your own.

I don't have to listen to you.  You're only 26.

It just occurred to me that you shouldn't trust anyone born in the 20th century.  The 19th century are okay and the 21st century people seem okay, but those 20th century chumps are just plain mean.
